Gathering and Sharing Information
We offer many lighting solutions, and each installation is different. In order to help you efficiently and effectively, please be prepared to gather the following information.
Pictures of Electrical Panel
Light fixtures and control consoles require power. Ensuring they are energized is a good first step.
Please find the lighting panel (or panels) that energizes the fixtures and controls and take pictures or a brief video that you can share with us. It is not uncommon for a breaker to be turned off.
Pictures of Lighting Fixtures
There are a number of different ways for a light fixture can fail. Observing the exact way it is failing is important.
Please take pictures or a short video of the problematic fixture while it is failing. If you have a WiLL control system, please also take pictures of the screens.
With the fixture energized, we want to see how it behaves:
- When the controls (if any) turn the light on.
- When the controls (if any) turn the light off.
