Lower counterweight as far down as possible.
-
Tip pole on its side
-
Insert the counterweight into the PVC pipe.
-
Slide pipe into the pole until it is flush with the base.
-
Tip the pole upright and follow the routing diagram below to route pulley cable.
-
Rope must make 1 full loop around the aluminum pulley
